Yule smudge stick is composed by a bouquet of Lavender, Rosemary, cinnamon and orange. 

This natural incense is inspired by Yule, the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year (circa December 21). This celebratory date is the remnant of early rituals celebrated to hurry the end of winter, while calling for spring.

This herbal blend was created to provide us with a calm and balanced rise in energy, for times when we are overwhelmingly tired, discouraged and lacking stimulation, as we common find ourselves during winter time. 

Understanding the herbs:

Lavender was chosen to induce calmness, while maintaining a peaceful state of physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. Lavender is a plant associated with the element Air.

The three remaining herbs (Rosemary, Orange and Cinnamon) belong to the element fire and complement each other to provide an increase in energy and ability to focus. 

Rosemary when burned will emit powerful cleansing and purifying vibrations, useful to rid a place of negative energies. Cinnamon raises high spiritual vibrations that are associated with healing and protection.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) & Rosemary (Rosemarinus Officinalis) sourced from organic BIO local farms in Portugal. 

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) from Sri Lanka.

Naturally dehydrated orange, with no added preservatives.
