Our orders are thoughtfully packaged with eco-friendly shipping supplies. All orders are shipped from our studio in Berlin.

Returns

You have the right to return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. 

How to return your item:

1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at support@womanofvegan.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a DHL return shipping label that you must print and paste on the package. Next, bring your package to the nearest post office. 

* If you live outside of Germany we may not be able to provide you with a return shipping label. In this case we will guide you through the process. 

2. Make sure the items you want to return are in the same condition in which you've received it. Unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. 

3. Returns have to be paid by you. You will be refunded the product price and initial shipping costs, however, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

4. Once your return item arrives and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your refund. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded and a credit will be applied to your initial method of payment. 

 Please do not send back your items without contacting us first. 

You have to pay for a return shipping if the package is returned to us because it has not been picked up at the post office or packet shop. If you wish for the package to be shipped a second time, you will need to pay for a new shipping fee.

Customs

Within the European Union you will not be charged for customs. For international shipments outside the European Union: our prices don't include your country's local taxes and you maybe charged local fees to receive your package at home. 

Update on Brexit: Packages sent to the UK will be delivered with duty unpaid. You may be charged import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Sofort Bank transfers

Sofort bank transfers are not automatic and your payment usually takes 3 working days to reach us. We will only ship your order once we receive your payment. To receive your order faster, please choose another method of payment like PayPal or credit card.
