Shipping & Returns

Our orders are thoughtfully packaged with eco-friendly shipping supplies. All orders are shipped from our studio in Pinhal Novo, Portugal. Please check-out to see the exact shipping fee to your location. 

We require 2 to 3 business days to prepare your order and 7 business days for custom orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. We ship with CTT and UPS. 

Damaged Goods?

On delivery, check the products carefully. If you think these are faulty, damaged or not as described then please email us straight away to sales@daterrarituals.com and we will either resend the products or issue a refund.

Changed your mind?

We hope that you love your products, but if you are in any way dissatisfied then we will be happy to issue a refund. Please send them back to us unopened and in their original packaging, together with a brief explanatory note, within 14 days of the date you received them. You will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods back.

How to send your refund?

1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at sales@daterraritual.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return.  

2. Ship the package to us.  

3. You will be refunded the product price and initial shipping costs.

Contact us at sales@daterrarituals.com if you have any questions or need some help in returning your products. Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty. If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send us an email with a brief note to sales@daterrarituals.com. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs for the return.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for custom-made orders. 

Please do not send back your items without contacting us first.
