We deliver our products within Europe with UPS and DHL and with UPS worldwide. The transport charges varies by shipping location and weight of parcel. To know the exact shipping fee to your location please initiate checkout. 

We offer free Shipping within Germany from 250€ checkout.

We ship worldwide.

Orders ship within 2 - 3 business days of the order date. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with shipping number and tracking.

We require 5 business days to produce custom label orders.

If you're in Germany, your order will arrive within 1-2 business days after it ships. 

If you're in Europe, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days after it ships.

If you're outside of Europe, your order can take several weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

United States orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.

We ship from Berlin, Germany.

We do our best to ship every order as soon as possible and because of that most of the times we are unable to make changes to order details, including address changes. If you need to change anything, please email support@womanofvegan.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order processes. Please note that if you've already received your shipping confirmation email, we're unable to make any changes.

Yes, of course. Our package is thoughtfully prepared with eco friendly shipping supplies. We use recyclable paper shipping box, vegan and biodegradable grass stickers, recyclable paper tape and recyclable paper flyer. 

Please reuse or recycle the contents of your package.

Please carefully read our full return policy. 

You have the right to return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. 

We cannot accept returns for custom-made orders. 

Make sure the items you want to return are in the same condition in which you've received it. The products should be unworn, not creased or smashed in any way. Please neatly fold in the original packaging including all labels for a full refund. 

Please do not send back your item without contacting us first. 

Please also have in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.

Once we have received your item, please allow 1-3 business days to process your return and 1-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when we have processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Please keep in mind that in order for you to receive a refund your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, therefore should not have been used or have removed any labels. When returning the product to us, please make sure that is securely packed so it reaches us in a good condition.
